1. Order Processing
1.1 Payment Confirmation
The order processing workflow begins once your payment has been successfully confirmed.
1.2 Processing Timeline
Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, we will initiate the following steps:
Material Selection & Custom Production: We prepare and handcraft your piece based on the wrist measurement you provided.
Energy Awakening Ritual: A three-day ritual to infuse your piece with balanced energy.
Packaging & Quality Inspection: Final inspection and secure packaging of your item.
1.3 Dispatch Deadline
Once the above steps are complete, your order will be shipped within 10 business days.
Should there be any delays due to holidays or unusually high order volume, we will notify you via email or SMS within 24 hours and provide an updated estimated dispatch date.
2. Shipping Transit Time
Note: Any “Estimated Delivery” dates shown on the product page are for general reference only; please rely on your tracking information for the actual delivery date.
2.1 Transit Estimates
Actual delivery times vary by destination, carrier efficiency, customs clearance, and local holidays. Once your order ships, we will provide your tracking number so you can follow its progress via the “Track Your Order” portal at any time.
2.2 Delays or Loss
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or otherwise compromised in transit, please email your order number and tracking number to wdqveloster@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the carrier promptly and, depending on the outcome, arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
3. Duties & Taxes
3.1 Coverage
Starswirl will prepay all applicable import duties, value-added taxes, and customs fees, ensuring you incur no additional charges upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Starswirl is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our healing jewelry. Please read and adhere to the following terms before submitting any return or exchange request.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.
1.2 Product Condition
Items must be unworn, undamaged by the customer, and returned in their original packaging (including gift box, hang tags, and sealed cleansing pouch).
1.3 Energy Crystal Clause
If the sealed cleansing pouch has been opened or the piece has been worn, it will be deemed “used” and is not eligible for return or exchange.
1.4 Natural Variations
All natural gemstones vary in hue, pattern, and size due to their geological origins; such variations are not considered defects. We will send you photos of your exact piece prior to shipment—please confirm accuracy before accepting delivery.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
2.1 Scope
Covers only manufacturing defects (e.g., breakage, faulty clasps) or wrong/missing items. You must provide clear photographs and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2 Shipping Costs
Starswirl will cover both the return shipping and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
2.3 Resolution Options
Upon verification, you may choose either a free replacement or a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).
3. Non-Defect Returns
3.1 Scope
For subjective reasons such as “I changed my mind” or “wrong size entered at checkout.”
3.2 Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
4. RMA Process
4.1 Request & Authorization
Submit your return/exchange request; we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 2 business days of approval.
4.2 Return Shipment
Pack your item securely, clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior, and ship to the designated address. Once dispatched, email the tracking number to wdqveloster@gmail.com.
4.3 Inspection & Feedback
We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt and notify you by email or SMS of the outcome.
4.4 Shipping Requirements
We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Any loss or damage in transit remains the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds
5.1 Processing Time
Once the returned item passes inspection, we will initiate your refund within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
